If you haven’t taken Alyson’s sun power yoga class you are missing out. Her singing and music were beautiful. She walks around the room, has the perfect level voice. Good instructions, helped me with going from cobra to down dog.

I took Beth's chair yoga class while pregnant. I loved it. Not too hard but challenging enough. Beth knows what she is doing. Studio is nice, quiet and welcoming. I cant wait to get back for more! Miss you Beth.
