My husband and I interviewed many contractors for our septic project and Chris was by and large the most patient and kind of anyone. Chris won’t be the cheapest option for your septic project, but he is definitely someone I would trust recommending to others to do an excellent, thorough job. If communication and good customer service is what you are looking for (who isn’t) Chris is your guy. I know who I will be calling when we have plumbing issues too! We had Chris and his crew cut into the slab of our house and change out the sewer line the week before Christmas. Talk about a stressful undertaking. He and his crew handled it with such finesse that they removed our stress and made the whole thing surprisingly easy. As soon as we met Chris, we knew he was the right guy for the job. He was kind and courteous, detail-oriented, and followed up on all items discussed. That was not just a show to get us to sign the contract. He and his whole crew were like that the whole way. Very impressed with the service team. They were delayed by traffic and gave us a heads up. They diagnosed a tank leak in one of our toilets and we elected to have it replaced. They were quick, and did a detailed clean up. Can't speak highly enough of this company.Service: Toilet repair
