First time here. They were patient with my design and condition my real nails came in so I appreciate that. The ambience was nice clean and relaxing. I got serviced my T’Fan and I love the job he did with my watermelon idea. I will be coming back. Great customer appreciation and great service. The best place to go in Florida! The location is great and easy to get to and the inside is like a luxury spa. I am not from the area and ZenLotus was recommended from a friend. I absolutely loved it! Lee was amazing and made my lashes so natural and beautiful! She is also such a wonderful person and I enjoyed the experience. Elaine gave me the most beautiful and relaxing pedicure that I have ever had! If you are looking for a place to be truly pampered you must try ZenLotus. It definitely is a hidden gem that provides upscale services for reasoable prices! I won’t go anywhere else when I’m in town.
After years of searching, I have FINALLY found my go-to nail salon in Jax! I had the most amazing experience— so amazing that I’m sad I went so long without finding this place!!! Andy did my nails and Ivy did my mom’s nails. They both did a phenomenal job and they were SO quick! Andy did my acrylics in 35 minutes! We are so pleased with our nails. Don’t hesitate, book your appointment right now!!!
