Been on Hold for 15 mins waiting for service rep. If they can't answer the phone how will they take care of my business. Covid, Higher than normal calls, and every other excuse under the sun. I still answer the phone and take care of my customers. WHAT A JOKE!!!
Complete nightmare dealing with these people. After being a customer for 10 plus years and still today because I am locked in a contract the drama never ends. Billed by multiple companies, unclear leases, extra fees and a bureaucracy that has been endless. Super distracting from my business for years making nothing easier.
