I wish i could give this company negative stars. They are crook middlemen bottomfeeders that are taking advantage of disabled vets in the neighborhood. Also their budget states that they spend 1500 dollars a year on events. They lie no events just s stting of lights. They are crooks that should be replaced.

Beware of these people... they take your money and try to put a line on your property if you don't pay their fees. Tried using their online system which is as useless as the office staff. The payment according to the system went through, but was not process at the end. We were sent to a lawyers and Kingdom and the lawyer got over twice the amount of the HOA fees. We paid within 24 hours and yet we are to receive our pool access, we fulfilled the contract and they do not follow through. Also we have a pest problem and have no animals in the house, they are still trying to figure out who should take care of it. Kingdom loves to take your money and ignore you after.... beware!! Also reported them to BBB for unfair business practices.

Kingdom Management is the biggest joke! Worst company and HOA we have ever lived in. They collect your money, and you don’t ever see a dime of it going to the actual community! They never answers your calls or emails. They are ‘fine’ happy, even when your house is well within the rights. Our park area is always overgrown, trash falling out of the cans, trash all over the neighborhood. Our ponds are never maintained like they are suppose to be. They knit pick stuff on the nice houses, while other houses have tarps on the roofs, extensions cords running from house to house, miss matched fence panels, ect. Sherri the owner, doesn’t even do her job, she sits around and collects a check.. useless. She writes notices and fines for things she doesn’t even check herself just things she hears from members of the community. Save yourself and go elsewhere to another company.
