Ken responded to my clogging issue immediately. He was thorough in resolving it and took the time to explain what he did and how he tested that the problem was solved. I was impressed with his skill and plumbing expertise, as well as his professionalism, honesty and kindness. He was also extremely reasonably priced--a great value. I would highly reccommend him and give him 10+ stars.
