They are very professional and friendly. Joseph did the best job an my carpet and kitchen ceramic tiles than I’ve ever had. Grout looks almost new. Would recommend them for all your floor needs. Thanks Joe.

Joseph always does a great job from cleaning our couch at our home to cleaning tile and grout at our office building bathrooms. He shows up when he says he will, comes professional dressed and respects your property. I also think he provides a quality job for the price he charges. I highly recommend Joe and J & J!

I was seriously skeptical he could do it and then seriously shocked at how great Joseph was able to get our carpet looking. Not only did he get it amazingly clean, he gave it new life. It was dirty and matted down in spots when he got here but not anymore! It seriously looks and feels almost new again! As I said, SHOCKED! Very highly recommended!!
