Jacksonville Solid Waste Disposal

Three weeks now no pick up. When they finally get around to it I have to hunt my receptacle down at a neighbors house. Each time it’s located somewhere else. Please help. No one answers the phone either. 387-8837.

It took them 3 weeks to come pick up my yard waste. I had to call 630-CITY five times and they had to contact Solid Waste several times including emailing a manager. They never left a note saying anything was wrong. Very incompetent and unprofessional. This aggravation is why people dump illegally. I'm hoping for the city to hire a different waste collection company.
