Very happy with the service that Shawn provided. I was thankful that he tried to walk me through what is usually a simple shower cartridge install over the phone. When I couldn't do it myself, he came in and got the job done! Even with running into a little problem, he pushed through the complications and figured out the issue in a timely manner.
