An incredible company with an exceptional team! The Jacksonville, FL office recently helped my company troubleshoot and solve several tech issues. They immediately understood the problem and jumped into action. They performed many hours of work, including late evenings, and kept me fully engaged on the process and progress. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and sensitive to those of us that may not understand the tech side of the world. If you want to work with pros, I highly recommend iVenture Solutions.
I work IT for a company that uses them as an MSP and often work with them. Tthey are knowledgeable friendly and helpful. The team that is assigned to us is very professional and has been willing to share their knowledge to help us grow. The only thing i wish was better was their communication with server updates, however they are very responsive when there is an issue. I look forward to our continued partnership with Hunter and his team as the it team for the company i work for grows.
