“I investigated Closet Factory for my bar project after I noticed an advertisement at Costco. The reviews were good plus Costco provides a 10% gift card when the project is finished. From the very beginning, working with consultant Brittany went well. After visiting the show room, owner Marty helped make some excellent choices plus pointed out some additional features with the cabinets. Ordering the exquisite backing from 3Form presented some challenges as had to purchase an entire 4 X 8 foot piece and only needed 4 X 4 so will now try to sell the extra 4 X 4 section, however, the center 3Form backing was worth the hassle as it adds glamour to the bar. Secretary Cheryl was always in contact regarding appointments plus helpful in many ways. Installers Keith and Mauro did an excellent job with the many finite details during installation. Mario was on the spot when it came to the final touch up details. Shop manager Keith was helpful in making sure all the pieces "fit together" from the design I created. I would highly recommend Closet Factory on any bar installation plus will use them if I have future cabinet needs such as master closet remodel. Included in the photos are 1 of the finished bar plus the before photo of the antique armoire it replaced to show the huge improvement to the area. Not only is it very functional when entertaining, it is also a beautiful eye catcher to the room.“

“Sherry was easy to work with, gave good suggestions, and was patient with us as we visited the yard many times. I’m giving 4.5 stars as it was a rough beginning on install day (miscommunications among staff members: as with anything, trust but verify). A few phone calls later, issue got resolved. It took three men (could have used four due to the monster granite slab), but William, Paul, and Garret did an amazing job on a complicated and VERY heavy ) install. They brainstormed together, cooperated with each other, figuring things out each step of the way, all with a sense of humor. I was very impressed.“

“Bee Tree completed a kitchen renovation for us along with a fireplace reno and it turned out beautiful. The main project coordinator that we worked with was top notch. She was always accessible and had great ideas and perspective to give us on our plans. We could really reach her anytime so we appreciated that. Even after our remodel was complete, when minor issues did pop up (even a year later), they responded to us quickly and came out to resolve the issue. I really wasn't expecting that. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 is that the project took much longer than originally estimated. There was a worker shortage and this was towards the end of COVID, so that timing wasn't ideal for us. I'm sure that finding good work has been much easier since our project. Had they have stuck to the timeframe as planned, I would rate them 5 star.“

“We had a great experience. A pipe in the wall leaked ruining our double vanity. We were hoping to repair it as quickly as possible. Jake found us a beautiful vanity which was delivered two weeks later. He pushed the delivery to accommodate our installer. He and Katie took wonderful care of us, updating us throughout the process.“
