“Our (2nd) infusion Nurse was phenomenal ?impeccable communication very professional, followed the Doctor's orders precisely! She was friendly, compassionate, empathetic & had an excellent bed side manner.Also, she was so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable with the entire process. But most important of all....she took such great care of our sick daughter!!! Thank you "DENISE"....we appreciate your 5* service and meticulous/caring nature.Note: We would give the 1st infusion Nurse ZERO STARS.It was very unfortunate how unprofessional, rude & condescending she was. But what was even worse, was how she manipulated her time sheet, *RUSHED* the infusion and did not follow the Doctor's orders!!!!! (which caused horrific side effects & suffering for our poor daughter & our family! ?So don't settle for being abused & mistreated by your Nurse.You can ask for a replacement.“
