I told him it didn’t have to be pretty, but he exceeded my expectations. He even cut and refitted the plumbing to cut/fit the wood. He was very professional and cleaned up. “We ended up having a leak in our air conditioner from the drain pipe in our attic. There were several spots where the drywall had to be completely taken out and replaced and then the knockdown texture reapplied. This is not something that’s easy to replicate, and John did a fantastic job. It looks like the leak never happened. He even came back and did some touch up after the fact, really stands by his work. He’s honest and transparent, pricing is comparable to other handymen, but the work is excellent. Also a nice and friendly guy. You won’t be disappointed if you hire him, we will definitely have him back.Thank you John!!“
