“Had a leak in my ceiling so I called model city roofing to come check and make sure my roof was not damaged. I had an appointment at 4pm and Mike Jones and Lisa Peeler showed up 15 minutes early which is always nice. Mike went up on my roof and did an inspection. He also cleaned off all the leaves and debris without me asking. Just so he could see the roof better. Lisa kept me company on the ground telling me about my options and just chit chatting in general with me. Mike finished the inspection and said my roof looked great. He informed me it was probably just all the debris keeping the water from draining properly so it soaked through the shingles. He didn't try to sell me a new roof or any repairs since I didn't need any which was great. My overall experience woth Mike and Lisa was absolutely fantastic and I will refer model city roofing to any friends or family that need roofing repairs. And when the time comes for me to need a new roof I will absolutely call them without a hesitation 10/10 experience.“

“This guy was on time, and finished the job in one day. It was great. I had a few spots that I did not like, he was happy to correct them, it was just and issue with the down spout, I wanted and extension so the water would be directed a certain way. Joe cut the piece exactly how I wanted it. Havn't had rain issues since, and looks like these gutters will last for years to come.“
“The guys who came to service my gutters were professional, expert, and honest. The last characteristic was clearly demonstrated when they told me they discovered that some gutter work in the scope of work should not be done because it would likely damage my roof. They said it would be best if I waited to do the gutter work when I replaced my roof in a few years. They deducted the cost from my estimate. The information was much appreciated. “We’ve used QDRC for two projects. First a roof, then a hardi siding redesign and installation. Dustin was our sales rep for both projects and was responsive and handled any charges promptly. Danny was the field manager for the roof and was attentive and very nice to work with. Scott was our manager for the siding project. It was not an easy project (i made several changes and needed my hand held a bit) but Scott always communicated well, had good design ideas, and made sure the work was to code. Everyone we’ve worked with at QDRC was professional and responsive. The field crew did a good job with attention to detail and kept the jobsite clean. We felt as though we were in very good hands.
