After a helpful phone call with Heek Squad, they set me up with an in-person appt. The rep was well versed in my product (even though it's more rare now) and extremely helpful. Went out if thr way to help me understand and find what I needed.

I recently purchased a new fridge. Today my order arrived!! Clint and Caleb from Geek Squad showed up on time and was very professional as well as knowledgeable, attentive and patient. Caleb asked me to move my truck to avoid damage, I rarely drive my truck, the battery was dead. These two waited for me to charge my battery and move my vehicle. Going forward, I will be ordering my appliances and gadgets from Best Buy... If Clint and Caleb can't deliver them, then I don't want them!!

I was assisted by Tyler Grundlock at this location. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and polite from beginning to end. I had a few issues as well as a budget I was trying to stay under and Tyler helped me pick the best options for my needs. Definitely will be going back in the future if I run into any computer problems or need installation. Thanks Tyler ??
