Me and my wife went into this Home Depot no idea what we were doing/looking for and John G from the lumber department went out of his way to help us and was way nicer than I would ever expect honestly a great experience if you ever need anything from Home Depot John is the man
Requested help from Garden Center cashier, unable to find a specific grp of plants. He called for help which never came. I left after about 20 minutes . Too hot to continue waiting. ?
I needed a spare key made for my front door lock. In the past I've had good luck with having duplicates made at a local Ace Hardware. Not this time. After 2 unsuccessful tries I took it to this Home Depot. I explained the situation to their key cutter, a man who called himself "Flip" and who appeared to have expertise. He closely examined the original key and noticed a barely perceptible groove the others had missed. He fiddled with the machine until he got a perfect match. THANK YOU, Flip!
