Hired to install home gutters and boathouse fascia to match house. Sent a separate crew to do the boathouse work. Crew showed up unannounced (as did the gutter installers), never knocked or rang doorbell then tried to enter a gated area of the yard where our dogs are, falsely claimed that our dog "charged" at him. When we made contact with him, he was extremely rude, cursing at us. We discussed this with the manager, who apologized and offered to send another crew. Over a week later, no follow up. I made an appointment for screen room and gutter quotes. 45 minutes prior to my appointment, man called me and said he had measured and was leaving. I told him we were traveling to the new construction home, we had questions and wanted him to honor my appointment time. He hung up on me. Once I arrived at my new home, he didn’t speak to us and just stood there- very childish and unprofessional. He was very agitatedrude and trying to get him to answer questions was very unpleasant. I wouldn’t use this company if they were the only ones in the area!

i called in to report a inncident of one of there vehicle drivers and was disappointed with the response i got . i was cut off and cursed by one of there drivers on the road . i was more shaken up then i was upset . i want everyone to be safe .so spoke with the office supervisor miss johanna and i was treated a bit poorly in my opinion . miss johanna admitted to me that this happens often with there drivers there which was scary to no that such dangerous behavior is ok . i understand that this a stressful time for everyone right now but miss johanna seemed very annoyed by me . miss johanna said she would report this to the company owner . i hope there drivers start to...read full review
