I came here after I found my son had some lice. Amy was very kind and professional. She answered all of my questions and made me feel a whole lot stressed out about the situation. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know!
I had been experiencing an itchy scalp for a few days, which never happened to me before and recalled back in the 80s my children being exposed to lice in school and again at a salon. Both experienced itchy scalps, so I thought I may have lice. I made appointments for both my husband and myself with Fresh Heads off Bartram Park Blvd which is a subsidiary of Lice Clinics of America that guarantees complete lice removal within about an hour, as opposed to purchasing a live remediation kit at a drugstore and having to go through that entire process. There aren’t enough wonderful things to say about Freshheads. This was my first experience with my kids having lice and they could have not been more lovely helping me. The staff is so kind and warm and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend them if you ever find your self in the lice bind. Thank you Freshheads for easing my worried heart and making my family feel so welcome !
