We texted Brandon in the morning and he got back to us shortly after. He quickly responded to let us know what time he could get to our house and diagnose the problem. The condensation pump needed to be replaced. Brandon gave an estimate on the spot. The job was done within a couple of hours. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Very fair, honest and reasonable pricing. He cleaned up the unit and left in very efficient working condition. Thank you Brandon and Five Star Heating & Air.
