Everyone was amazing during the passing of my cat fluff. We came in as a walk in. They did everything they could to get us in as quickly as they could. Gave us plenty of time to say goodbye.
Scheduled appt, but didn't leave until 2.5 hrs later. The technician came out to get our puppy 1.5 Jr's after our appt time. She brought him back 15 mins later and said I needed to wait on his fecal test results. She then took another dog back which she promptly brought back because she had trouble muzzling her. After her 3rd trip back up there to talk to the family of the other dog, she was about to take their 2nd one back when I stopped her to ask if the results were complete. She said "not yet," but proceeded to the back again. Mysteriously, the results were in fact in, when she returned the 2nd dog to the family. She then gave my puppy an oral... read full review
I walked in at 8:35am on Saturday... there was a queue but it was managed well. Waited in line for about 30mins. Unfortunately, they stopped walk-in at my turn but that's okay, happens. They did recommend a different clinic i could go to. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions!
