Company was very prompt in fixing tarp after it was damaged in second storm. Shelby, in the office, is very polite and professional. I didnt meet the workers, but they did a good job.
These guys are performing mold mitigation at my home in Louisiana. We had alot of water damage from Hurricane Ida and the whole crew is very positive and professional. Very attentive to details and super respectful to the remaining items in our home that we couldn't take out. Great experience with them so far!
Elements Disaster Recovery resolved a mold issue in my closet by properly diagnosing a severe mold problem that had been an issue over years of previous homeowners in my condominium. Elements was able to properly diagnose, remove the mold, insulate the area and replace the drywall in a professional and timely manner.Elements utilized a heave-duty zippered, airlocked, decontainment barrier along with a negative air fan to protect me from potential mold exposure.
