I'm here to recommend Sarah Hoisington for your real estate needs. We retired and moved to Jax from South Florida. We didn't really know the area well just that we wanted to be near the grands who live in Oakleaf. We were referred to Sarah by another one of her very satisfied customers. She was very patient with us as we navigated this new area. We didn't want to pay CDDs, no wells, septic nor above ground power lines. Oh yeah, and we wanted a lake in our back yard. I signed with Christine near the end of June. She was wonderful to work with, very patient and helpful throughout the process of selling my townhome. She responded quickly to our many , many questions.My home was purchased in mid July by the first person to look at it!As I said Christine is wonderful!!
