I could not have asked for a better experience. My son's computer was damaged and I wanted to get it fixed for him while he was away. My son knew exactly what was wrong with it, I can't say the same for myself. After I dropped off the computer, I was given timely updates, and the computer was repaired very quickly. The simple fix was exactly what my son knew to be wrong with it. The gentlemen did not try to say something bigger was wrong, did not take advantage of the fact I had no clue about computers. I was traveling for business and my laptop stopped working. In spite of ot being his day off my laptop was fixed while I waited. Great service and going above and beyond to help me was greatly appreciated
