“This was a long process from start to finish and to be honest it was a rocky start but we brought our truck to them with several issues one major issue that more than 6 shops in 3 different states could not figure out, we appreciate the step by step constant breakdowns austin and Mary gave us during the progress on the truck. Even with setbacks and delays they made sure to accommodate and reassure us every time that our concerns will be taken care of, carl the tech did a great job walking us thru all the repairs and issues found with the truck and even found and fixed issues that could have caused more problems down the line.
