Great experience, the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The nurse also was nice and very informative. I give 4 stars instead of 5 though because they did not tell me the dentist was not onsite. I talked to a dentist virtually and I have to be referred to another site to take care of my work that needs to be done. They only do x-rays and cleanings at the San Jose location.
My first impression of that place was really enjoyable one , the receptionist was really welcoming and after then the lady came from inside and called me to follow her, she was really friendly and as welcoming as well , the place was clean and neat , she explained to me every single step along the way, from taking pictures of my teeth to ending up cleaning my teeth , she was gentle and so professional at the same time , I felt really relaxed and comfortable under her hands , I was really happy and impressed going to this place and i definitely will go back again without any doubt.

The staff was amazing, my son is on the spectrum and hasn't been to the dentist in over two years, they were very patient and understanding. The tech let him know every step she was doing and he raised his hand when he was hurting and she respected him and gave him a min. The front desk receptionist was amazing amd helped me use the care credit to cover whatvthe ins. Did not. Would highly recommend this Dentist
