Absolutely LOVE this shop. Always felt welcome and everyone is so nice and warm. I've been cut by so many of them before sticking to one barber in particular. Everyone did a wonderful job, were super knowledgeable and knew what syles would work best. They support you in adventurous styles and give great recommendations.
I come to this barbershop every time I need a cut, and let me tell you — I genuinely believe I have the best barber in Jacksonville. Joe at CHOP is the real deal. Every single time, he gives me a flawless cut, and on top of that, he’s one of the coolest, kindest, most genuine guys you’ll meet.
We always have great conversations, he checks in on how I’ve been, and he makes sure his clients feel comfortable and taken care of. You can tell he actually cares — he takes his time, he’s versatile, he’s skilled, and he’s definitely not someone who rushes just for the money. I got an appointment last minute for a women’s haircut, and they were able to accommodate me so easily and were very kind, I saw Rachel who is the sweetest person ever, so knowledgeable and really went out of her way to understand what I wanted & explained every step. She’s very caring and did an excellent job on my hair, will definitely come back! Thanks chop
