Dr. Lowery is a great addition. I was considering taking my business elsewhere because the office was always disorganized (cluttered and messy) with not enough staff. It was always HOT in there. However since Dr. Lowery arrived things are improving. He cares a lot about the patients and presenting a professional experience.

I always get stressed going to the doctors. However during my initial exam Dr.Rob and Chelsea were very patient listening to my concerns. There was a new girl up front and they took the time to answer all my questions. And they were very busy. I appreciated that.

I bought a groupon for 3 lipo sessions, vibration and sauna. Had to cancel my last appointment the day of because my FIRST grandbaby was being born. I was told if I cancelled that appointment it could not be rescheduled. So I basically lost one of my visits because I chose seeing my grandbaby being born than getting the procedure done. I understand there are rules but dang. I would have came back after my 3 visits and paid the full price but this just turned me all the way off. You would think the medical field would be more understanding.
