We had an outstanding experience with Carpet One's Phillips Highway location for a hardwood flooring installation in four bedrooms. Hayden Griffin, the project manager, was thorough and expertly guided us through the process. The installation team seamlessly integrated the flooring with the rest of the house. They were friendly, hard working and true artisans. They completed the project in record time. I highly recommend Carpet One's Phillips Highway location, they exceeded my expectations.

We thought we would check out carpet for redoing our home. Robert helped us and we could not ask for better service. He was such a great advisor on pro and cons and led us in right direction. In the end we decided to wait on carpeting but if you're looking for carpet you can't go wrong if you. Choose this company. I understand they also do kitchens and other remodels as well. Wish we had gone there 1st when remodeling our kitchen. You will not be disappointed with this company. Thank you for your time Robert. We'll be back

From start to finish, Hayden Griffin made our new install a breeze! I had requested samples ahead for new carpet of a library and 2 master suites, when I arrived, she showed those samples and alternatives, of which she was correct, better quality, beautiful carpet. Never pushy, she just knows her carpet! Totally professional, assisted with requirements for measurements in dealing with the manufacturer (Kane), keeping in touch throughput the process, a total joy to deal with from start to completion!
