Waiting forever after our appointment time to be seen for a physical and I was waiting for my boyfriend to be seen and asked to use the bathroom, I was told that I couldn't because someone was doing a drug screening. They then didn't let me know I could go and took the next drug screening.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! I just called them asking if they had a form I needed to send along with an an employee who suffered an on-the-job injury. They said they couldn't see him until NEXT WEEK! Are you kidding me? They're a walk-in clinic! They should be aware that someone who is injured on the job is supposed to be seen by the employer's physician as soon as possible after the injury. I have never heard of a walk-in clinic turning away a walk-in with a work-related injury?! I'll be sure to relay this information to all of my HR friends in the Jacksonville, FL area.
