We have had the pleasure of working with Carbon Copy construction on two occasions. We were pointed their direction by our insurance company, USAA. After completion of the first job they did for us (2022ish), I was so thoroughly impressed that I was excited to have the opportunity to work with them again this past month.
The job in 2022 was a much more extensive project - bathroom remodel, flooring throughout a large portion of the home, painting/patching, etc. The level of communication from the outset was unparalleled. I cannot say enough great things about Kyle Mikson and Carbon Copy Construction. After a flood in my home, Kyle showed up and went above and beyond and helped to make a very stressful experience more manageable. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I am truly appreciative of Kyle’s hard work and exemplary customer service. I would recommend this to anyone who needs restoration or construction work.
We haved used Carbon Copy Construction for two projects and could not be more pleased with their results. Kyle and the entire team are extremely competent, professional, friendly, and have great communication skills. All of their individual Tradesmen were very detail oriented and made sure that we were satisfied with their work. And they all are very nice and considerate people!
