Upon reading reviews, I was skeptical about coming here. However, my experience was totally different from many of the other drivers who had bad reviews. I parked overnight but I was in the wrong spot and the security guy was extremely nice in asking me to move to designated area. He was also EXTREMELY informative and helpful in directing me to the correct area to get offloaded.. Every Person I met here was nice and I was unloaded in a timely manner…. ****THERE IS LIMITED OVERNIGHT PARKING****

Buyer beware. Took over an hour after I handed my ticket to the picker for 12 sheets of hardi and some trim. And they damaged 3 pieces while loading. Make sure you have all day to spend picking up

Start unloading around 7/7:30, very friendly folks. Busy busy early in the am. Got me in and didn’t hesitate to start unloading me. (Fyi- don’t block the businesses on the side street ) after crossing the tracks.
