From start to finish my mother and I had a great experience going to Velamina for my mother's microblading. She is very responsive and answers every question my mom and I had. She did a fantastic job and my mom is very happy with the results! Highly recommend!!
I couldn't be anymore happier with Velaminas work! She took her time with the eyebrow mapping and explained everything to us in detail. Her talent, education and experience are unmatched. I got the exact results I was looking for.
On September 15th I called and spoke to the receptionist. I was told at that time that I had to be at the shop before 7:30pm to get tint and a wax for eyebrows. I then clocked out of work early to go get this service. I arrived at 7:08pm. I then paid for my service and me and the lady jokes about how fast I got there cause I didn’t want to miss this service. I then sat and waited my turn only to be told at 8:05 that she will not do it it’s to late!!! I was asked to come back the next day. I informed them that I was going out of town and can’t then I was told I will have to get a gift card. I informed her no she will have to do a refund. At this point I am upset... read full review
