After 24 years of service it was time to replace my irrigation backflow preventer as rust had deteriorated and destroyed the two water cutoff handles. Today, Nicolas Seymour arrived and installed an upgraded reduced pressure backflow preventer which will be required by JEA beginning in 2024. I found Nicolas to be professional, thorough, knowledgeable, courteous, and never tiring of my endless questions. He took his time installing the unit and ensured it was not leaking and was functioning properly before he left my home. Hanna is an courteous professional who provided excellent and timely repair service for us. She took the time to explain what the problem was and what she was doing in order to provide a repair. Awesome company always very professional and on time and the work is done great every time I deal with them and Hannah is the best and very knowledgeable about her job and explains how the work was done in detail she's the best.
