My experience went well and I have no complaints. Very professional and he came ready with equipment that you will see at your known automotive shop. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it without any “it could be this or it could be that” type of deal. I will be using this Mobil mechanic moving forward and would recommend his services. Marcus came to my house, which that alone was a welcomed change. He helped me get the correct battery for my diesel touraeq vw. I had been sold an incorrect one. Much smaller and not for a diesel. Which I did tell them. Marcus straightened it out for me and exchanged the battery. He put in the new battery. This isn't an easy change as the battery is located under the driver's seat. Pain in the....to get out. Something I had no idea how to do. Marcus got me all set up. Didn't take him long, and the car runs great. Pricing was very reasonable and fair.
