Russell & his apprentice Taylor came out to determine if Ernest's/Judge's diagnosis was correct regarding a very labor-intensive expensive part that was needed. Thankfully, we don't need this part at all. The main problem is the location of this ice machine which has been said before by previous techs. The garage is very hot in the summer & the ventilation is not adequate even with leaving the garage door open a few inches. We will look into moving the ice machine to the back porch this winter in hopes of alleviating this issue. B&G is very serious about customer support & service. I had my annual AC "checkup" yesterday and once again I was delighted with the technician sent by B&G Refrigeration. He arrived on time and was completely thorough in his work. Why does emergencies happen during the busiest time of the year? They were able to get the parts and keep our walk in cooler running without a hitch! Always reliable and make sure they get the job done right. Thank you B&G. Oh and the whole staff are amazing.
