In July of 2021 Atlantic Coast Heating and Cooling installed a brand new AC unit into my home. With this comes one full year of labor warranty. After about a month of installation the AC unit stopped cooling which is very strange for a brand new unit to do. I reached out to Eric and he sent a tech out to my home and they ended up having to recharge the unit. I was informed that this happens sometimes and it is completely normal. Fast forward another month later (which is now), and here I am again with no AC. I have contacted the owner numerous times, left voicemails , text messages etc and he will not return my calls. I am without AC and I have three very young children in hot FL. I paid $3800 for a brand new unit literally in July of 2021 and again here I am two months later and there is NO cool air!!! This is extremely unprofessional and a rip off. The owner needs to get back to me and honor the labor warranty and fix whatever issue is happening to this BRAND NEW AC unit. I will get to the bottom of this and not stop here . I highly recommend you do not use this company for any of your AC needs !
