I started seeing Dr Favale after relocating to Jacksonville in 2016. He’s such a vibrant and caring optometrist and his original staff did great work. I hope Dr. Favale has a lovely long life after retirement. He has the best honey I’ve had in decades and I hope he continues having success with his homestead business.After covids and the unfortunate acquisitions of independent optometrist by MyEyeDr, now owned by Goldman Sachs Group who purchased Capitol Vision Services; this office as well as another I have visited have terrible issues with quality control and attentive customer service.
