Amazing Customer Service! I reached out to Aldrige & Son's at 8:00am for a second opinion on some plumbing work at our remodel project. Anita requested photo's of the plumbing I was concerned with and said she would forward my request on. By 11:00 Bill returned my call and discussed the photo's and my concerns. By the end of the call he had set my mind at ease; our contractor was on point with the challenges of our project. This is why I love small businesses and will continue to support as many as I can. Aldridge & Sons Plumbing contact information is now in my phone for any future plumbing needs we may have; as well as I will be referring them to all my friends and family. We received a recommendaion and quote for over $14,000 from the company we have been using for our house and our rentals for over 5 years...we had some concerns, so we decided to get a second opinion from Aldridge & Sons, and we are so glad we did!
