My technician from Air Flow was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He cleaned out a huge buildup of leaves that had fallen through the grate of the outside unit. No one had ever mentioned the leaves before. He told me what to order from Amazon to protect that from happening again. And I will receive that mesh cover tomorrow. I can’t pronounce or spell his name as he’s from Turkey but he was outstanding. And I appreciate so much what he did.
I would like to recognize Joe who was not only a very professional service man, but who has made our home a very enjoyable place to be. He changed the fan motor on our Hvac which was noisy and made our home environmentally uncomfortable. Thanks you so much Joe.
