This is a very good company and for the most part they have really good people working for them all except for Roy Orvin who is nothing short of a criminal. He yells and cusses while customers are around the property he is working on which looks very bad on. I have seen him buy beer and liquor at the gas station wow in his Ace shirt at 11 in the afternoon Ace electrical you shouldn't allow one person who has no sense or manners or someone that is the farthest thing from respectable ( all of this I'm saying I have seen first hand while he is on the job ) give them a bad name also when he is driving the company vehicle he drives really Reckless I know because I have been stuck behind him on the way to my home and Tallahassee I really hope he's not drinking and driving in a company vehicle on Company hours this issue should be addressed immediately other than that Ace electrical is an outstanding company they just need to tighten up on some of their employees I get times are hard and it's hard to find good help and nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes but it's how you continue to act and how you portray yourself when you're in a company shirt you are representing the company.
