My technician was Alexander and he was prompt and professional. He absolutely did not mind all the questions I asked and was knowledgeable in his process. He portrays your company’s professionalism
I woke up to a non-working air compressor. At 6:50 AM, I called three different companies. I left two messages, but AA answered right away, gathered info, let me know there was a service fee, but it would be subtracted from my total bill, and they could have someone out this morning. By 9:00 AM, and ALEX had ALREADY replaced my starter. He was friendly and professional. Today, May 8th, in Jacksonville, the high is expected to be 96°. I very much appreciated that the phone was answered, and I couldn’t be more satisfied!
AA Service and Repair installed a Generac whole house generator at my home in June 2023, and have provided maintenance since. They were not the least expensive, middle of the quotes, but spent a good amount of time explaining the cost and options, getting me the right size unit, etc. Their office personnel are very helpful and a real person answers the phone. Their team of techs are knowledgeable and pleasant, good on explaining what’s happening. The office schedules an appointment and they show up on time— you are notified 20 minutes before the techs arrive, including a photo.
