This salon is amazing! It has the welcoming feel of a family business but with all the services and quality of a large salon. Everyone is extremely kind from the moment you walk in and the place has a super cool vibe. They also have a great online booking platform which is very convenient for busy people like me who decide to book appointments at 10 pm.I have gotten my hair done with Kiki twice now and I'll never be able to have a different stylist again. She takes her time to really listen to what you want and somehow gets it just right. The salon is SOOOOOO beautiful. The staff TOP NOTCH! I am a boudoir and wedding photographer. I actually work in the same building as this salon! My clients LOVE LOVE LOVE their experience with Stephanie and have nothing but praise when they come up to take photos. They love the salon and the staff. 11i is a must and I trust them with my clients and myself. 100% recommend this salon in jacksonville, fl. My clients look flawless and feel like queens.
