From our first conversation, I was impressed with level of professionalism. ***** provided us a very detailed quote and kept us apprised of the progress to the property. This is currently a rental but plan on returning. The workmanship is excellent and the one area of concern we had; it was quickly addressed. KMS build my patio/porch cover. They did an excellent job and the finished p[roduct is high quality. They paid careful attention to the facia of my house and handled the rain run-off. Despite speed bumps from city permitting, and a required new survey of the property; they patiently helped through every step of the project.
