We had a rotten side on our garage and Mitch came out with an architect for a plan to fix it. The problem has been resolved. It has been six months and we have not seen any water or rotten spots. Mitch and his crew also replaced our windows and a few of our doors and painted the exterior of the home. The subcontractors for the windows and doors were not very neat and careful, however, Mitch has made it right for us. Mitch and our supervisor, Dave, made sure that one of the windows, a piece of the door, and a fractured door insert were replaced under warranty by Lansing Doors and Simonton Windows. Celeste and Morgan at the office are absolutely wonderful. They are so nice and responsive. After we paid the final bill, we are still dealing with some warranty issues. It is the mark of a good company that puts its name behind its work and honors the warranties and resolves problems that occur or are discovered after installation. We noticed the door problem over the last week, two months after installation. It was replaced and we are satisfied. An overall good experience and we would use Home Services by McCue again.
