“I’m so happy I found Julia and this salon! I’ve struggled to find the right stylist and atmosphere since moving to Jax and found this salon through a social media review. The atmosphere is somehow hip and modern but homey and warm at the same time. I love the spa-like atmosphere, the hot towels, and they even had snack options! The staff was very welcoming. I was paired with Julia through the lady who booked the appointment, and Julia is literally an angel! She’s so kind and considerate and really listened to what I wanted. She walked me through each step of the process and made sure I was happy. I was going shorter, and I really appreciated that she cut a little off and had me look at it and then I asked to go shorter - literally the opposite experience I’ve had so many times before at other salons where too much was cut. We did a full highlight and tone, and I loved the scalp massage, and the ambiance in the sink room was so relaxing!
