Ms. Jessica Grochowski was God sent to my daughter who has had numerous overuse foot/ankle injuries related to competitive skating. She is very knowlegable, detail oriented and professional. Until we found Ms. Grochowski, my daughter was constantly catching up to her injuries by simply waiting and letting the time do the work.My daughter’s motivation is now higher than ever as she knows that she has a competent professional to lead her in the direction of continued athelitic progress.

Personalized, hands on care in an expert environment. Dr. Jess and Alecia are just the best…attentive, responsive and really nice, too. I came in with a couple of pain issues and wanting to get ready for a “milestone” kayaking expedition. They got me in shape for the trip and gave me tools i can use for a lifetime.
