Thank you guys once again, we are customers for life. Excellent customer service, such an amazing team at Coastal, they take the time to explain and answer all questions we had. In my opinion they are the best AC company. Reliable, honest and hard working.
We have called Coastal a few times before to repair our old unit. So when it came time for a new AC their was no one else who I would call first. Right from the start Melissa was able to fit us in the schedule. Dave and Vern arrived early that day and were just awesome. I felt bad they were at my house almost the entire day. Dave just said, don’t be sorry, that’s our job. These two were super professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t be more thankful and happy with our new AC. Thank you Melissa, Dave and Vern. We are customers for life.
