Hisham did all the initial work quickly and on time. However, he had some final touches to complete, but I could never get him to come out or answer his phone to schedule completion.
Hisham Lawrance completed the initial work quickly, on time and on budget. However, he had some final touches to complete, but getting him to respond to voice mails, text messages and phone calls was nearly impossible. On the few occasions I could get hold of him, he would promise to come out and then would go silent. It is a shame because he did a lot of good work and the final touches that he promised would have only taken 30 or so minutes, but once paid, I could not get him to respond or follow up.
Great contractor! Hishan has done a few jobs for our office now, and the experience has been great. In each instance, he showed up on time, gave us a fair price, completed the work quickly, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself- which many contractors just don't do. He even offered to help with a few smaller details in the office that weren't his responsibility at no additional cost, which was extremely kind and unexpected.
