Billy Morris is an amazing tech! He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of with each service. He even addressed a small WDO pest issue I had right then and there, even though it wasn't part of his scheduled service for that day. On top of that he is just a really nice and friendly guy. He is definitely an asset to the BugOut team and someone they can be proud to have working for them. I look forward to him continuing my bimonthly service.

Troy Sage performed his best this morning as he investigated our yard for unwanted ant pests and treated their mounds to end their invasion. He not only treated the mounds we pointed out, but he also searched our yard for unobserved hills that were active. He reassured us that any surviving pests would be dealt with if necessary by calling Bug Out for a revisit. He was very thorough and reassuring.

Dr. Seals is knowledgeable, compassionate, reasonable and has good listening skills combined with a good sense of humor. I highly recommend him and his competent and friendly office staff!
