Beaches Family Health Center

First, the location on the map is wrong. If you are on 3rd street, turn next to Auto Zone, the center is behind that. Second, do not come here for shot records. Why? I turned them in last Thursday and stopped by Monday to a rude woman who told me to wait until we are called. She told me 24 to 36 hours and they'd be done. Today, is Wednesday and we are back because we can't wait much longer. She says if we wait a few minutes they'll be done. See? Still not ready! Ugh!! Urgent care can transfer shot records over for a cost if you need it done immediately. There is another center in town too. We came here because closer.

I came in for a WIC appointment to this location and I did not know there was a sign for WIC clients not needing to sign in. I go up to the window and tell the nurse receptionist with glasses and braids that I have an appointment for WIC and she tells me to read the sign outside the window and starts laughing with the other receptionist. That kind of attitude is rude and unprofessional and was not necessary all she had to say was to have a seat.

Went there the first time, didnt take us at 3pm said they were closing soon. Second time, made my 2month old baby wait for 3hrs. Third time we went, they said they are closed all day for a staff meeting. If it weren't for her insurance, I will never go back.
